The new management team is so responsive! Love the renovated apartments. A great facility to rent a newly upgraded apartment.

I live here for less than a year. The new management is great and they are also doing many improvements to the apartment. Eddie is a wonderful manager and very responsive to my requests. All bills paid at $595 for a large studio is a steal.

Great place to live, been here 3 yrs.And the property manager Ashley, is a sweetheart once you get to know her. And has done an amazing job since she's been here. Thanks Toledo??

I've had such a great experience moving in. The manager is sweet kind very accommodating. With the understanding that she has a very busy schedule.
