What are the lease terms?
Our standard lease term is 12 months however we honor requests for flexible lease terms.
What does it cost to move in?
**Unless there is a special in place** We charge the First month's rent and prorate the second month, we typically require a deposit but offer a deposit alternative, non-refundable holding fee of $250.
Are utilities included in the cost?
No Utilities in Resident Name- Utility Bill Back in place.
What's your pet policy?
2 Pet Max with breed restrictions $250 Non-Refundable Pet Fee $250 Non-Refundable Pet Deposit $25 Pet Rent. **unless Service Animal or ESA**
What is your guest policy?
Visitors welcome providing they do not reside in the residence for more than 3 consecutive days or twice that many during the month and we have the right to restrict who comes on property and all guests must abide by the community rules.
Do you require apartment renters insurance?
Yes.
How do I pay the rent?
Online Resident Portal or Electronic Payslip.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
24-Hour Emergency Maintenance.
Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes.
How often does rent go up? By how much?
Annual increases should be expected and they will be inline with the market rate at that time.
What is the parking situation?
Available Parking.
Are there plans to update the building?
Renovations in Progress.
Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
There is an Early Termination Fee which is part of the lease agreement.
